12 WEEKS TO LOSE WEIGHT FOR A WEDDING HELP!!!!!!!!!?

I have 12 weeks to lose weight for a wedding and i am wondering how much weight i can realistically lose without completely depriving myself of food. I am 25 years old, 5' 10" tall and weigh 220lbs, I would like to weigh 185lbs by then but only if i can do it safely. Thank you for any help, and if you have any tips or diets to suggest that would be great.

According to biggest loser logic you can safely lose up to 10lbs a week (i’ve seen it). so 120lbs!!! putting you at a slim and sexy 100lbs. so if your wearing a tux i’d order it waaaaaaaaay small.

1-2 lbs per week is the healthy rate of weight loss. You cannot go much beyond 2lbs without doing so in a very unhealthy way. 2lbs a week is going to require careful planning for diet (1200-1500 calories per day) and 30-45 minutes of exercise most days of the week.
With just 12 weeks until your wedding, that’ll add up to 25lbs at best.
Good luck! You can absolutely make a lot of positive choices now that will have you on the right track and feeling great about your progress in 12 weeks, and sustain those changes and you will make it to your target weight.
probably 30 pounds 10 at a minimum add that with sleep and cardio HOT BAYUM !!
lol try weight watchers I heard that’s great or you can follow the same diet im doing
Cut your diet by 750 calories, run an hour a day and lift weights every second day…
