tips to lose weight before my wedding?

i want to lose some pounds with 2 months as it is my wedding and i want to look great.i workout 4 times a week and eat healthy.still i haven't lost any weight.my friend says iam eating white rice and stuff and if i swich to wheat products i will lose weight and becoming more toned?is it true?

Abdominal Fat Loss By Eating Three Vegetables

I bet you didn't know that there is a specific class of vegetables that contain very specific phytonutrients that actually help to fight against abdominal fat.

My insurance through my employer now pays for one weight loss surgery per lifetime. As a result many of my co workers have had the procedure. However many of them are still overweight. I don't want to have this procedure if its not going to help me lose some of the pounds so that exercise/physical activity is not so much of a chore. Please help.

We all know that trans fats are horrible for your health right? But what if I told you that there is a specific type of trans fat that's natural (not man-made) and actually helps you to lose fat faster and build lean muscle?

"...Not many people know this fact, but CLA is actually a natural form of trans fat, but it is FAR different than the artificial trans fats from hydrogenated oils that are so deadly and that you hear all of the negative information about. CLA is actually one of the only healthy trans fats in existence.

CLA is a natural form of healthy trans fat that occurs in the fat on the meat, and in the dairy from ruminant animals such as cattle, bison, deer, goats, sheep, kangaroo, etc. CLA in natural form has been shown to help in burning off abdominal fat and also maintaining or even building lean muscle.

How do you lose weight after pregnancy?

My son is now two and I have been trying to lose weight since I have had my baby. During my pregnancy I gain around 65 pounds; my pre-pregnancy weight was 135. Right now I am 160 and still trying my best t get to at least 140 but it's so hard. As for my tummy, while it's not saggy, it's not as firm as it was before I had my son. Are there any tips that I can follow as it relates to changing my excercise regimen (I do at least 3 times a week: 20 minutes on the stair climber, 20 minutes on the tredmill, and at least 30 miuntes weight training and abdominal work) and diet.

Weight loss help please ????

I am 21 yr old, when I was 19 I lost I don't know about 25 pounds. I was a size 16 going in to a 18. I am now a size 12. I am 21 two years later and I am still a size 12. Ive gone from> fitness rooms, Quick weight loss program, diets and ETC.. I only do something for a short period of time maybe 2 3 months then I stop. is there anyone who is looking to loose weigh but is like me, maybe we can help each Other.

I am having trouble losing weight. (getting married soon) and I went to a Quick weight loss center, and they seem to know there stuff, and I think it can work, but I wanted some feed back from other people, who have lost weight on the program?

I've just noticed a trend that more and more vegetarians are saying if you eat meat you're fat basically, and that isn't always the case. I am not nor have I ever been overweight and have always ate meat. Also body builders for example eat very high protein diets which usually include a lot of meat, and they certainly are not fat

How to lose weight before my wedding?

Im getting married in about 9 months and I already have my dress. And the David's Bridal people told me not to lose more then 20 pounds from now til' June or they will have to take my dress in. But mostly what I'm looking for is to lose a few pounds and tone up my arms and get rid of my double chin. No one really sees what I mean by double chin but I see it and i HATE it.

I have tried Diets and weight loss programs and private trainers and i have loss weight however I have a problem area in my lower stomach. (maybe because I had 3 kids and 1 was a c-section. So do you have any other suggestions? if not my only other option is weight loss surgery what surgey would you recomend? Lipo? tummy tuck? I have heard awful stories about tummy tuck.

Losing weight after pregnancy?

It seems really ironic that I should be asking this, because I did physical training before I got pregnant, but I was wondering what ways women lost the weight after having baby. I have put on over 60 lbs with this pregnancy- I ate like a grown man before because I spent all my time working off the calories, but I just stopped working and kept eating when I got pregnant. I am due on Fri, but wanted to go ahead and prepare a weight-loss strategy. I wanted to see how easy other women got down to their pre-baby weight and if there were any special methods that worked for them.

I do not want to shop for exotic recipes or have soemthing overly high maintenance to swallow every day, it does not have to taste good or make me happy..............but what is the most extreme fat loss diet plan that exists!? (not water weight ones that make y ou poop to death) and not overly mothered ones that friek out if you dont eat a fruit and vegie every hour.....but something that is focused on major fat loss.

Gained pregnancy weight and losing it after baby?

So I am 37 weeks pregnant and probably way too worried about losing the baby weight! I am due to have a big wedding in the middle of July (I know, horrible timing but only time everyone could make it) and am wondering what size I could be down to by then. I have gained 27 lbs with the pregnancy, and from the looks of it and what my family has said, it is all baby, and it doesn't appear that I have gained any weight anywhere else. Also, I have some pretty decent swelling now, which is where I think a majority of it may be. Can anyone else give input on how quickly these pounds came off and they even looked halfway like they did before? Especially if it did appear to be mostly baby. I did see a woman the other day out and about who had given birth a week before and didn't look like she had been pregnant at all!!!!! Wishful thinking on my part, but I can only hope I am sure. How long does it take for your body to show your fat loss?

I just recently upped my workout routine and was wondering when I would see the fat loss (assuming I am doing everthing correctly, diet, workout plan, etc) Is there some kind of delay on fat loss, or, say if you lost 1/4 pound in a day, would you actually see it?

The upped routine is 3-4x a week 30 min of weight training, and 7 days of 45 min on the eliptical. (I was going only 4 days a week doing weights 3 days and cardio all 4)

I am about 33 weeks pregnant and was diagnosed gestational diabetes in my 28th week. Now I am controlling my sugar levels with the diet given by the doctor. I did not gain any weight since 4 weeks with this diet. My total weight gain in 33 weeks is 20 pounds. But I am worrying that did not gain any weight during these 4 weeks with Gest.Diabetes diet...Can somebody help me in this...?

How can i lose weight fast before my sisters wedding?

I would like to lose weight for my sisters wedding, which is early next year. But i want to lose it fast, cause i'm getting fitted for my dress (im one of the bridesmaids) in a couple of months, and if i keep losing it gradually, i'll have to keep bringing the dress back for adjustments. I'm not overweight, im 5'3 and i weigh 62 kilo's. Its just that the dress is going to be tight and i wanna lose weight around my hips and stomach.. anyone know how i can do this fast?

Quick weight loss / ab fiirming plans?

Ok I'm a 15 year old girl and I'm not over weight (5'8", 128 lbs) but I need to firm up and I'd like to lose 5-10 pounds. I want to do this as quick as possible because we have a show coming up on May 8th and 9th that is a beach theme so I have to wear shorts, tank tops things like that. I've heard you drop weight after pregnancy while breastfeeding, etc. I haven't gained much excess weight and I was pretty slim to begin with- when you drop the initial weight though, does the weight you put on your thighs usually come off too?

Is this a good fat loss plan?

I am 21, 5'6" and weight 126. I am looking to slim abit down and tone up..this is what I have started:

eating healthier, and eat about 1400 calories a day.

Every other day I do my strength training in my room. 20 reps of 3 sets for stomach (crunches, leg lifts and so forth, along with legs.) I lift irons and lift a heavy bucket for weights. I lack them at the moment.
With my strength training I also walk steps 10-15 minutes.

I walk an hour a day before dinner, with some light jogging. I am recovering from a foot injury and have weak lungs.
When I do not do my strength training I jump rope, to 700.

I eat normally. Breakfast it can be cereal, or a wheat sand which of peanut butter and egg white. I drink coffee..black with just creamer. No sugar. I also take a multi vitamin. Lunch is usually turkey or tuna with veggies. Before dinner I eat an apple or yogurt or some form of snack and dinner is whatever my mother cooks, but I eat until I am full and slow.

I was just wondering how you do not go to severely underweight after having a weight loss surgery. Because my moms friend got one and has become really skinny, so how do you stop losing weight once you have reached your goal weight?
