16 year old male, looking to build mucscle, but primarily to lose fat
Cardio tue, wed, fri.
Weights mon thur sat
7am – 50g porridge oats with 300ml skimmed milk
10am ish – apple, banana, handful of raw pistachio nuts
1pm – I can of tuna, 2 slices wholemeal bread and few slices cucumber OR 1 can tuna, 70g wholemeal pasta with lettuce.
CARDIO - 4pm – smoothie, 250ml skimmed milk, 30g oats, some form of berries.1.5 TS of whey.
6pm cardio 30-40 mins interval training, 5 mins warm up, 1 min HI 1 min LI aso...
After cardio smoothie, same as earlier.
WEIGHTS - 4pm – porridge, same as above
5pm weights 1 hour full body workout.
After weights smoothie, same as before, but with table sugar
8/9 ish – dinner usually a generic dinner potatoes/pasta with meat and veggies.
Bed – 11 usually 300ml skimmed milk before.
I drink plenty of water too. All carbs low gi except for post weights. Please if there are and major flaws tell me, I need to know that im heading somewhere.
