im 6 6 335 and i really wanna drop to 300. i been going up and down!
before it was easy to lose like 10 pounds in 2 weeks now ill be lucky to loss one pound a week
?im not fat fat but fat buff as people tell me but sense i gain 335. i gott slower in football!
any ideas?
i run 3 miles 3/5
then the rest i lift.
should i do more?

Ugh. This is soo complicated.
I have a 3 month old son and with it being winter and turning to spring its still too cold out to take my son out for me to exercise. My son needs my full attention!!! What is the best ways to lose weight without leaving the house. I would go to one of the workout places but I cant afford them. What foods and excersizes can I do at home and how much and many should I do.

what are Medicaid's requirement to qualify for weight loss surgery (lap band system) in Iowa? Is there a certain amount of time that you have to diet? or do you just need referrals?
I don't want links or peoples advice this isn't for me it's for a friend i just need to know the requirements!!!!

A severely obese man, upon the advise of his physician, goes into a quick weight loss center.
"First time?" asks the receptionist. "We’ll start you out on the 10 pound program."
She takes him into a room and departs, locking the door behind her. In the middle of the room is a nude woman with a sign on her:
"If you catch me , you can shag me"
He chases the attractive woman around the room for an hour or so until catching her and doesn’t come out for another hour or so. When he finally gets home and weighs himself, he’s lost twelve pounds.

Hi! I have been doing p90x AND Insanity. I am on my 6 week of p90x & week 4 of Insanity. I do the Insanity program first and then p90x since it is mostly strength. I have no trouble completing p90x... Insanity is hard though... and if I get anyone saying Insanity is easy then you are amazing 
I lost weight pretty quickly BEFORE I started the programs by just eating better and cardio. I have been taking measurements and my clothes are fitting much looser or even falling off, so I know my body is changing and I am gaining muscle, but it seems to have slow waaay down!!! How do get this fat to come off quicker? Am I not eating enough maybe? I try to stick to no more than 1400 c/day. I do not ever eat fast food, soda and I am a celiac so I don't eat wheat, just oatmeal, rice ect. I do have a coffee habit though, but if it's Starbucks I stick to skinny lattes.
Please help! I started this 4 months ago and am going on a trip in 5 weeks, I need this flab off!
Typical workout 6 days a week: One of the Insanity (cardio circuits/plyo ect.) workouts then p90x (either plyo/strength/kenpo ect).
I'll eat gluten free oatmeal made with almond milk & blueberries. Snack is a GF balance bar. Lunch salad w lots of veggies, almonds and either tuna or chicken. Snack: Apple and almonds or GF balance bar. Dinner chicken w rice and some veggie.

My girlfriend is overweight and i can tell she's very insecure about her body.I want to try and convince her to get weight loss surgery but i don't want to seem mean or that i only care about her weight.I am not attracted to skinny size 2 type girls but i am attracted to girls with curves kinda like Jordin Sparks size.How do i talk to my girlfriend about getting weight loss surgery or just losing weight the old fashion way without making her feel bad?

I have to attend a wedding for a very good friend of mine in less than a month and would like to lose about 10 pounds before the wedding, Any suggestions/tips to help would be greatly appreciated. I have been dieting for over 3 months and have lost about 15 pounds, but would like to lose 10 more pounds before the wedding/christmas.

I've been lazy for so long, I think it's about time I get toned. I have all the time in the world. I'm willing to stick with a exercise plan 100%. But I'd like to accomplish this fast but patiently. Any body fat loss pills, or weight loss pills that anyone recommends? Which is the best way to get toned?

im due in 2 days so it wont be long and i will be able to try and lose some of this extra weight i put on lol. i would love to look good at xmas time! so whats the fastest way to lose the weight? this is my second child so...i hope its not any harder than my first LOL EEKKK!
and if you have any fun weight loss ideas for exercising that would be great! if it were spring or summer i could take the baby out in a stroller but...its getting cold here in ohio =)

I'm 30 wks and have been very conscious of everything I have eaten my whole pregnancy. I eat whole grains. I don’t eat desserts or drink soda. When I’m not nauseated by them, I eat veggies and lean meat. I looked at diabetes diets online and am already eating in line with them. No one in my family has diabetes.
I work for a fast paced job that brings in lunch daily. We don’t pick what, they just bring in a bunch of something. This is the only time when I’m not in control of my diet. Nov is our busiest month, most days I work 10 hrs without breaks so I know I don’t get enough water or exercise during the day. Now I’m feeling angry towards my employer. I'm also feeling very angry with my body and even the baby! I don’t want to tell people because they already joke about how careful I am with my diet. It always annoyed me- now it seriously pisses me off. Is this a natural first reaction? Will this feeling pass? Since I already eat very healthy, do you think I'll have to take insulin?

first, i want to inform you before i start that i have hypothyroidism and my main concern is if i even CAN lose the baby weight after pregnancy...
I've asked this question before but nobody has responded with anything helpful. i'm hoping this time will be different..
i'm 27 weeks pregnant today and i've gained 17 lbs so far. i'm eating as healthy as i can with an occasional indulgence in a brownie or whatever, and i exercise 3 times a week.
anyways. i know its like impossible for me to lose weight with this thyroid condition, because before i got pregnant i was working out and seriously dieting and actually gained weight. my biggest worry is that im never going to look good again and im nervous about it. any help with this issue is greatly appreciated!
(also, i'd like to mention that i am on prescribed medication for the condition and my levels are closely monitored, if that information is helpful at all)
