Help. I have blood sugar problems.
I want to do tabata for sprint running, but if i do that can it count enough for "cardio of the day", or should i do a 30 minute jog afterwards? i am also planning on low carbing while doing tabata training, for maximum fat loss.

Why do they say coffee is bad for you? I have read articles in which they say the caffeine is good because it gives you energy, causes muscles to not cramp, and speeds up your metabolism.
For me it keeps me full, but however I do eat every three hours as to stay on schedule.
I take my coffee black but add non fat powder in it, 10 calories a table spoon...will this affect my fat loss plan?
Will this keep me from slimming?
They are over 200 lbs, around 5 feet tall, and they walk EXTREMELY slow. I wanted to workout..but they can't run and they refuse to. They said it's a leisurely walk. They want to go take a walk at the park everyday...the thing is they work a different shift than me so they go and work out at the gym, then when I get off of work they want to go to the park. I can't afford a gym. They want to do this everyday. The thing is I would like to run, as I am a little overweight myself but not to the point where I cannot jog and the only way I can lose weight is to get a workout which is jogging...walking does not do anything for me.
But I want to run at the park, so it is very awkward because I want to be able to go to the park and run, but I don't want them holding me down...and it's kind of selfish for them to expect me to walk with them everyday when I have a wedding that I need to lose weight for! They don't understand.
How do I handle this? I am considering going to a different park so they don't run into me? But then I like the original park though!

i just started a weight lifting program and want to loss weight gain muscle mass and gain energy, strength,endurance, and pump. i am 48 years old and want quick results. what supplements should i be using in combination to make the quickest gains?
I am in great shape and work out (weight lifting) everyday. I don't do to much cardio right now because I am trying to gain muscle mass. But I also eat what ever I want sort of. I have doughnuts and sweats all the time along with my regular meals which are usually pretty healthy. Am I in danger of getting diabetes if I continue this diet?
Just asked primary physician for referrel and got denial letter a week later saying that I don't have severe enough cardiopulmonary disease, diabetes or sleep apnea. That my current high blood pressure and hypo-thyroidism are being managed well with medication.
I am a vegetarian, and I am trying to lose weight the healthy way. I am overweight and I need to burn fat. Can someone please help me?

I was so devastated when I went to try on my wedding dress and it didnt fit, the seemstress had to take out seems and add fabric. I really need to lose some weight but with my busy schedule it almost seems impossible. Any advice that you could share would be most apperciated.
i went through weight loss surgery 3 years ago and now ive become too skinny in my opinion.. i've had a band placed around my stomach too prevent expansion and everything ive read tells me that i need to eat to gain weight.. what do i need to do to get around the fact that i cant eat so much and what exactly do i need to eat to gain weight.

I lost weight with the program and was hoping to find my old food journals, but cant put my hands on them. Does anybody out there who also did the program, have their old food journalsl. I have 12 weeks to lose weight for a wedding and i am wondering how much weight i can realistically lose without completely depriving myself of food. I am 25 years old, 5' 10" tall and weigh 220lbs, I would like to weigh 185lbs by then but only if i can do it safely.
