Is this a good weight loss plan?

Ok I am 17. I weigh 72 kilo and am 178 cm tall. I used to be pretty fat but lost a lot of weight. But there is still fat on my stomach I really want to get rid of. I also want to get a six pack and more buff is this a good daily plan

30 minutes jump rope a day
30 minutes boxing
20 minutes weight lifting
100 crunches

diet
Breakfast 4 weetbix
Morning can of tuna two oreos
Lunch Turkey lettuce tomato sandwich and apple
Afternoon small pack of chips
Dinner whatever

Is this a good plan for muscle gain and fat loss

Is this workout plan good for fat loss?

Okay so i jump rope alot: when i jump rope i do intervals:
i jump for a minute and then rest for 30 seconds and then repeat this for around 20 Minutes

Heres my schedule:

Sun: Jump rope Eat breakfast rest an hour then lift weights
Mon: Jump rope
Tues: Jump rope Eat breakfast rest an hour then lift weights
Wed: Jump rope
Thurs: Jump rope Eat breakfast rest an hour then lift weights
Fri: Jump rope
Sat: Jump rope Eat breakfast rest an hour then lift weights

Is this gonna be good for fat loss and keeping muscle? any advice helps. Thanks!!!

Maybe someone heard about Joel Marion Xtreme Fat Loss Diet? I read some reviews about this program today but wonder if one of you here tried Joel Marion's plan and can tell me more about his own experience with this program. Just people that bought the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet, please let me know what do you think about it.

No Fast Food
Only 1/2 pop a day. (Might begin at one, then slowly go to only 1/2)
No sugary desserts(ice cream, cake, candy)
Only a small 1-hand fill of chips a day.
Drink tons and tons of water.

Go to the gym everyday of the week including Saturday. Sunday swimming.
I will do 15 reps per workout station. And 15 mins on elliptical, 15 mins on bike, 15 mins on treadmill.

Does this sound effective?
no, im just saying if i WANT chips, ill only have one hand full.

can i only do tabata for weight loss?

I want to do tabata for sprint running, but if i do that can it count enough for "cardio of the day", or should i do a 30 minute jog afterwards? i am also planning on low carbing while doing tabata training, for maximum fat loss.

Warp Speed Fat Loss Diet – Does It Work?

Maybe someone here tried the Warp Speed Fat Loss diet from the warpspeedfatloss.com website?
The things that they said on the website sounds very reasonable for me but I wonder if one of you really tried this diet plan and found it to be useful. If anyone have experience with the Warp Speed Fat Loss diet please let me know what you think about it.

Is Coffee BAD or GOOD for you?

Why do they say coffee is bad for you? I have read articles in which they say the caffeine is good because it gives you energy, causes muscles to not cramp, and speeds up your metabolism.
For me it keeps me full, but however I do eat every three hours as to stay on schedule.
I take my coffee black but add non fat powder in it, 10 calories a table spoon...will this affect my fat loss plan?
Will this keep me from slimming?

Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet Program: Any success?

I've been looking for a healthy eating plan and I found out about this diet program today called Fat Loss 4 Idiots. Although the name is a little degrading, I was wondering if anyone's tried it and if it actually works. I know that it involves a personal diet plan, and even though it is personal, can someone give me a sample of what this diet told them to eat? I just want to get a feel for if this is worth forking out twenty dollars. Thanks!

I just recently upped my workout routine and was wondering when I would see the fat loss (assuming I am doing everthing correctly, diet, workout plan, etc) Is there some kind of delay on fat loss, or, say if you lost 1/4 pound in a day, would you actually see it?

I dont expect to lose any weight within this week - I am already on a diet/exercise plan...I just want to reduce bloating and look the best I can before my event. I should cut out white carbs, sugar, oil, butter, etc and drink a lot of water...what else? How can I maximize my gym time? More strength training and less cardio to tone up or vice versa to lean up a little?

Diet and exercise tips for weight and fat loss?

I'm 15, 5'5" and 225 pounds my goal is 195 by the end of this year.My BMI is 36%. I wake up at 5 o'clock in the morning to go jogging, come home, work out on one muscle a day, and go to school, come home and workout some more. I been doing this exercise plan for about 3 days.

Diet
Breakfast: A fruit and yogurt
Lunch: Deli Sandwich containing Turkey, Lettuce, Tomato, and Onions
Dinner: A Large serving of food and vegetables

i'm starting a new workout plan where i swim laps for an hour, about 4-5 days a week, and im wondering how long it will take for me to see toning/fat loss in my leg/ab area. like inner thighs, abs and obliques. i will also be doing alot of other ab work out legn work like squats, lunges, situps, side bends, etc. during the week. with a proper diet, how long should it be until i see a little bit of results?

Hi there
i understand that the liver is the major organ within the body that plays an essential role in fat loss.

A guy at work who has been to a naturopath told me that to lose weight you must detox first. He has lost about 20kgs.

I'm only a little overweight but i have found it difficult to lose stubborn fat even after strenuous excercise regimes.

I have been a heavy binge drinker over the last couple of years. I'm starting a weight loss program that comprises of gym and cardio alternated over the 6 day week. Also a plan of eating 6 meals a day, lean protein, lots of vegies, whole grain carbs and fresh vegie and fruit juices. I'll be stopping the ciggarettes and alcohol and drinking mainly water.
Also do you know of any foods that help liver and kidney function?
What do you think?
will i still lose alot of weight and get lean without visiting a naturopath and going on herbal drinks?

any advice? your own experiences?
i know ive asked a fair bit here, but i really want to get healthy

Fat loss .. URgent help.?

Age - 17 years , Weight - 95 Kg, Height - 5"8', developed a paunch, a double chin. I have an extremely good face (no jokes). I have put on a lot of fat in a year and I seriously want to loose all of it before college, which is 4 months away.

Please suggest routines , diets , meals (recipes) and workout plans that I can follow. Since I am done with school and am basically at home the whole time, I can do whatever I want.

Dieting question FAT LOSS 4 IDIOTS?

I am on the Fat loss 4 idiots diet that i found on www.everydiet.com It says that you're gonna lose 9lbs in 11 days.People say that it's working-some lost 9, some 6lbs but it is working...I don't have time to waste i need to lose like 9lbs in like 20days.I'll give you the diet plan so tell me do you think that it's going to work or give some good diet that would help me lose that much weight in 20 days. Just PLEASE don't tell me the usual: drink water, exercise coz i already lost 40lbs and i know all that stuff. Thanks ;)

Day 1

Meal 1:Flavored Oatmeal
Meal 2:Tuna salad
Meal 3:Sandwich(any type)
Meal 4:Scrambled eggs

Day 2:

Meal 1: Banana Milk Shake
Meal 2:Chicken
Meal 3:Scrambled eggs [and mixed vegetables]

Also would it be ok if i mix up meals for example on day 2 to eat the scrambled eggs as a meal 1 coz i can just go to school with banana milk shake i need energy...Or on day 3 isn't it weird to eat chicken in the morning???? So do you think it doesn't matter which meal comes first??? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TELL ME EVERYTHING COZ LIKE I SAID I DON'T HAVE TIME TO WASTE. Thanks ;)
