I live in Kentucky, and I have Medicaid.
Would that cover weight loss surgery?

No, that is cosmetic, same as plastic surgery. The whole point of cosmetic surgery is that its paid by your own expense, and immediately as appose to weighting for the insurance company to pay for you. Not unless weight is a cause in a life threatening situation then yes, in your case. No.
