27 days since I deliver my baby and I still look pregnant dont know what to do please help

All women are different, all depends on your body, what kind of delivery you had (C-Sections are definitely harder to get your stomach back right away) Nursing helps, so do walks. I just wouldn’t worry about it too much, it’s only been 27 days! But if your overly concerned, just eat healthy and exercise.
Did they teach you how to knead your stomach to make the muscles tighten up some?
Are you nursing? (I was back in my old clothes a month after giving birth. Of course, that’s not really saying all that much…)
I found walking was great. You can take bub with you. Great for settling bub and i found if i was tired it perked me up and if i was stressed it relaxed me
Don’t worry about it!! This is totally normal! I put on 4 stone while I was pregnant and it has taken me nine months to lose all of the weight. I did nothing out of the ordinary, just took my baby out for a brisk walk most days nothing more than that. I found the last half stone hard to lose. The rest just fell off. Don’t be in too much of a rush!
Nursing can help burn 300-500 calories a day. You can still lose baby fat for a few months after having the baby. I had a csection and was back in my clothes in about a month, but I was losing weight up until my 5th or 6th month.
