Breast feeding believe it or not will help you drop those pounds gained from being pregnant that along with some moderate excesses like walking and you should have no problem
Smoke Crack!
I had morning sickness the whole time so after I gave birth I was back to pre pregnancy weight.
Breast feed, do some cardio, and eat fresh food.
I breast feed my twins for 4 months.
I walked daily and ate really nice healthy meals.
I also did a LOT of sit ups to help tone my saggy skin up.
I lost my weight (25-30kilograms) within a month, took me nearly 2 years to tighten everything back up.
Don’t diet though. You need the extra resources you gained during your pregnancy, to help you feed your baby. If you breast-feed for even just a little while, it can really help shrink everything back down. Losing weight fast is not a good idea under any circumstances. Doing it gradually is by far the better option for your long-term health.
Try to get more information on dieting, weight loss articles, health and fitness articles, weight loss forum and BMI calculator at my profile and get the advise from them to lose weight fast and healthy.
I breastfed for 3.5 months (which wasn’t long enough) because I still have 25 pounds to lose….it’s been 2 years =(
so, i would just exercise, and I heard the best advice is to WEAR your pre-pregnancy pants! When you give birth, your hips open, so in order to bring those hips back together- wear your pre-preg pants.
after birth, they are still able to move around slightly, and I regret not doing this, but I didn’t hear about the advice until well over a year after my son was born.
good luck, it isn’t as easy as people protray it to be.
