I am trying to lose weight for a wedding that is in four days. can someone help?

I need to lose weight please help

Starting right now: no bread, no potatoes, no pasta, no rice, no candy, no cookies , no cake, no corn, no ice cream, not even fruit.
as of right now; only veggies, water, and lean meats, not even cheese, no milk, this is ok for 3 DAYS. Your tummy will probably seem flatter in 3 days.

Chyea, 4 days is nothing. Also, 123 is a great weight. You don’t need to lose weight.
To help you look thinner quicker though, avoid starchy carbs (white bread, potatoes, etc), soda pop, and too much salt or sugar, all of which make you look bloated. Stand up straight and do about 30 crunches and lunges before the event to make your abs and legs tighter.
Go tanning it will make you appear thinner, and wear black with high heels.
you are NOT fat. and i highly doubt you can lose weight that fast unless you stop eating! DON’T DO THAT! if you want to look thinner try wearing a corsette of some type.
Sit in a sauna every single day until the wedding. Sit in there for about 2hrs. a day..having breaks in between of course. Go to your local gym, they all have saunas. You will feel dizzy and lightheaded because sitting in a sauna takes nutrients out of your body but you will look great. It’s not that bad. Cheerleaders and wrestlers do it and look at how hot they are!
