Is Coffee BAD or GOOD for you?
Why do they say coffee is bad for you? I have read articles in which they say the caffeine is good because it gives you energy, causes muscles to not cramp, and speeds up your metabolism.
For me it keeps me full, but however I do eat every three hours as to stay on schedule.
I take my coffee black but add non fat powder in it, 10 calories a table spoon...will this affect my fat loss plan?
Will this keep me from slimming?

honestly everything is good for and at the same time everything is bad for you
it’s about moderation…don’t drink 9 cups of coffee a day and you should be fine
i heard on the radio that coffee actually decreases woman’s bust size whereas tea increases it
i wish i knew that earlier
It’s bad. It stains your teeth, gives you awful breath, causes sleep disturbances, etc.
so i’ve heard mixed reviews. i heard it helps (caffeine speeds up the metabolism). BUT, i’ve heard that teas w/ caffeine are more beneficial. try green tea.
coffee is bad !!!!
Check this site out
Well it caffeine speeds up your hate rate so shortens the life of your heart.
it will keep you from getting fat
but when people say it is good for you it is non sense
over doing coffee can effect your brain thinkink power
be carful with cafine
but aslong as you are conservative in drinking it there is no harm
hope my advise helped
It’s can be both good and bad.
In addition to the good things you listed, the bad things are:
Fattening depending on what you put in it
makes your teeth icky eventually
too much caffeine is bad
10 calories a tablespoon won’t affect your weight loss plan. You’re probably burning off those 10 calories making and then drinking the coffee anyway.
i read in the doctors the last time i was in that drinking coffe is good for you and can reduce many nasty deaseses! but dont take my word for it i only read it
2 or 3 cups a day is actually very good for you. Coffee is loaded with anti-oxidants. In fact, just smelling fresh brewed coffee triggers a purging of some free radicals.
More than 3 or 4 cups a day can become problematic. It can affect your heart rhythm, if you’re prone to arrhythmias. Also, the sediment in excessive coffee consumption can cause issues with your gallbladder and pancreas.
Check that non fat powder though. Edible oil products are very bad for you. Try to find no-fat creamer, which is new on the market, delicious and not loaded with as many chemicals as you’ll get in coffee mate type products.
coffee is good if you take it in moderation.
1-2 cups per day is fine, preferably taken in the morning, not before going to bed.
caffeine has beneficial effects for the body, such as keeping you alert, and boosting your metabolic activity.however, like i said, too much of something is bad.
if you follow the things i said, coffee will make u lose weight rather than gain.
Ok…..
Coffee is good and bad for you depending on the coffee.
Coffee has antioxidants which are good on a diet, but caffeine is not good for you, so if you are on a diet get the decaffeinate. I would prefer fresh, not Starbucks, or whatever, and don’t add alot of thinks like the powder just a few. Limit to no more than 3 cups daily…Have some tea or water!
