Losing weight after a pregnancy?

I had my son 7 months ago and dropped the weight right away.
But I knew it had came back -- and just today I stepped on the scale and I know weight what I did at about 7 or 8 months pregnant
So I am curious how busy stay at home moms find time or what they do to work out!
THANKS

I take my baby out in a jogger pram and we go jogging for an hour, it’s great for both of us as it sends the baby to sleep, and I know I’m keeping in shape.
If your kids are a little older you could take them swimming with you, which is also great exercise.
I’m at a gym that has a creche also, which is great as it’s reasonably priced, and they love it. So I can fit in two hours of good workout then.
You could go to a class on the weekend, if you have someone that could take care of the kids for two hours. I find yoga great, not only is it really stress releasing, but it’s great exercise.
And other little things I do to help keep in shape, I always take stairs two at a time, which may not sound like it’d do much, but our house has got four flights of stairs and by the time your at the top you can feel the burn on the thighs! I also try (If I’m feeling up to it) to walk to the supermarket and resist the tempation to take the car and carry as much as i can back home, and put the remaining bags under the buggy.
Also housework is the most unrecognised form of exercise, hoovering burns up to 193 calories per hour, carwashing burns 234 and ironing burns 113 per hour!
strollers are great for stay at home moms! go for daily walks! I had great results with kickboxing at the local gym, and they also had free day-care, so thats something to look into.
I have a yoga mat and do some pilates at home while baby is sleeping. Its pretty convenient. You can buy a work-out dvd from wal-mart and your not on a set schedule. So you can do it whenever baby sleeps and you dont have to rely on the weather for it to be nice outside.
Walks are great too. I took my girl out for a long walk on a hot day. I think I lost 5 pounds haha. Just make sure baby has on sunscreen and is in the shade.
