Virtual Weight Loss Simulator?

Hello there.

I would like to take the opportunity this morning to write you a quick message this to see how you are and to see if you have anything planned for the weekend, because i am fine thank you.

My husband and myself are currently starting our diets and are looking for programs / websites on the internet where we can put out weight before and after the diet to see what we will look like.

I have tried a website called 'My Virtual Model' but i am afraid it does not a male model option.

Could someone be kind enough to help please ?

I have 12 weeks to lose weight for a wedding and i am wondering how much weight i can realistically lose without completely depriving myself of food. I am 25 years old, 5' 10" tall and weigh 220lbs, I would like to weigh 185lbs by then but only if i can do it safely. Thank you for any help, and if you have any tips or diets to suggest that would be great.

Fat loss .. URgent help.?

Age - 17 years , Weight - 95 Kg, Height - 5"8', developed a paunch, a double chin. I have an extremely good face (no jokes). I have put on a lot of fat in a year and I seriously want to loose all of it before college, which is 4 months away.

Please suggest routines , diets , meals (recipes) and workout plans that I can follow. Since I am done with school and am basically at home the whole time, I can do whatever I want.

I am in need of urgent and useful help.

I'm 30 wks and have been very conscious of everything I have eaten my whole pregnancy. I eat whole grains. I don’t eat desserts or drink soda. When I’m not nauseated by them, I eat veggies and lean meat. I looked at diabetes diets online and am already eating in line with them. No one in my family has diabetes.

I work for a fast paced job that brings in lunch daily. We don’t pick what, they just bring in a bunch of something. This is the only time when I’m not in control of my diet. Nov is our busiest month, most days I work 10 hrs without breaks so I know I don’t get enough water or exercise during the day. Now I’m feeling angry towards my employer. I'm also feeling very angry with my body and even the baby! I don’t want to tell people because they already joke about how careful I am with my diet. It always annoyed me- now it seriously pisses me off. Is this a natural first reaction? Will this feeling pass? Since I already eat very healthy, do you think I'll have to take insulin?

i have diabetes help!!?

ok i have type 2 diabetes from being overweight and from family genes:( so i need to know how i can loose weight but also keep control of my sugar in normal ranges so i dont get hurt i need to loose weight quick any suggestions like excercise videos or moves diabetes diets or something plz help!! im already drinking slimfast everyday but it doesnt seem to be helping me loose weight as far as i can tell well thx for looking at my question and answering it if you did:)

i have some chub in my lower stomach that i am looking to lose by summer time. or lose some of it. so anything you can think of that doesnt include weight loss pills or plans. diets are open but they cant be like jenny craig or something in that area. i would also like to lose some fat in my thighs but that isnt the biggest problem because i know how to do that somewhat. please help (:

Losing weight after a pregnancy?

I had a baby 6 weeks ago and had my 6 week checkup following a c section. My doctor said I was healing great and could go back to regular activity but I must take it really slow. Since the pregnancy I haven't been eating the best and I have been drinking a lot of soda. My eating habits are from a lack of time. I am trying to get into a new habit. I was wondering if there were any types of diets recommended that would not be super restrictive (otherwise I would fail). And any exercise programs recommended that would allow me to slowly get back into the pace of things and still shed some pounds. I am feeling really bad about myself as I have only lost 23 of the 50 pounds I gained since being pregnant. I am also experiencing a lack of energy. Are there any vitamins or diet pills safe and recommended to help with the weight loss and help regain energy?

What is a good weight loss diet for vegetarians?

My husband and I are both vegetarians (well I eat seafood, but he does not). We both need to lose at least 40 pounds. What is a good diet program that would work with what we eat. I know a lot of people that lost weight with Atkins & South Beach, but those diets don't really fit in to a vegetarian lifestyle. I am not looking for a quick fix, but something that we will be able to stick with for awhile. I know that part of our problem is that we eat a lot of carbs. We practically live on pasta. Its hard because we work different schedules so neither one of us really cooks a meal, but rather grabs something to eat. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Okay, I understand exercise. Thats a given. That isn't what I was asking. What other meals are good for vegetarians that don't include so many carbs?

I did it back in college. I lost a lot of weight but the circumstances were different than it is now: My roommate cooked all of the food for us, I walked to my job at the mall, was on my feet everyday, and I danced every weekend. Now that life is more stable I don’t really walk anywhere and I never go dancing on the weekends. I’m thinking about joining again but don’t know if it’s going to work or if its worth it. I know its much easier (and cheaper) to lose weight on your own but I’m the type of person that needs that outside, strict regimen.
If you have done any of these diets (or others similar to it) can you tell me the pros, cons, how much you lost per week, and whether or not you have been able to keep it off?
If you haven’t done these programs but have other suggestions, please share! Thanks

what is involved getting weight loss surgery?

My health is getting worse. I have talked to my dr about my weight gain for years and all she says is diet and exercise and as I been seeing her i have crept on another 30 lbs I am fat as ever now and I have tried all diets and now my knees are in pain. She refuses to even entertain the idea of the Weight loss surgery. I am in portland oregon and on I am on the providence personal option. I need a new dr or something. Because I will be 300lbs before long and my dr. will still just say diet and exercise. Hell if it was that easy I'd been done already!! this has been going on three years! I HAVE CUT out all sugar; deep friend foods> she took a thyroid test and it was normal. My family has all been obese I am fight against all odds here and its been very depressing. any serious ideas ? Please don't beat your drum about diet and exercise and furits and veggies I heard it all and tried it all. How do I get to the steps to have the surgery?

What kind of diet is for Gestational Diabetes?

I think I have the worst doctor. He told me today I have gestational diabetes and asked the nurse to give me some dietary education, but then everyone disappeared and I didn't get any education at all. I've never had this before and have no clue what to do! All they told me was that diabetes can be controlled with diet and exercise.... but no info on the kind of diet. we're going into a holiday weekend so I know I won't get any appointments with dieticians or specialists until next week or the week after at the earliest. Meanwhile, do you guys have any suggestions of simple foods to eat/diets to follow? Am I supposed to avoid sugar totally?
P.S. I am so angry at my doctor, and feel really guilty about having diabetes. Any suggestions on how to cope would be great!

What do you guys think of weight loss surgery?

So im a pretty big girl..328 pounds to be exact. I've tried everything you can think of from diets to diet pills to weight wachers and more, and I just cant lose weight. For the last couple of weeks I've been thinking about having weight loss surgery, but I'm not sure. I don't know a lot about it, I also ddon't have any health insurance, and I don't know where to start. Can anyone help me? I need some addvice.

Weight loss help please ????

I am 21 yr old, when I was 19 I lost I don't know about 25 pounds. I was a size 16 going in to a 18. I am now a size 12. I am 21 two years later and I am still a size 12. Ive gone from> fitness rooms, Quick weight loss program, diets and ETC.. I only do something for a short period of time maybe 2 3 months then I stop. is there anyone who is looking to loose weigh but is like me, maybe we can help each Other.

I have tried Diets and weight loss programs and private trainers and i have loss weight however I have a problem area in my lower stomach. (maybe because I had 3 kids and 1 was a c-section. So do you have any other suggestions? if not my only other option is weight loss surgery what surgey would you recomend? Lipo? tummy tuck? I have heard awful stories about tummy tuck.

Diabetes diets…?

I see on Amazon.com like 5 different diets that promise to heal diabetes, I believe that is a huge claim, especially since the diets are all very different, you know one vegan, one low fat and high carb and another low carb and high protein...does anyone have experience with these type of diets.

Frankly low carb makes the most sense since it is insulin one is trying to control.

Is anyone aware of a website that compares all of these programs?

Quick Weight Loss Program? (That’s free?)?

I'm a teenager and pretty overweight. I currently weigh 174 with a target somewhere in the 130's. I've tried many diets this summer and exercise everyday, including cardio and training. Somehow, I've not been seeing results. My diet has changed considerably as well. Does anyone have any clue why I'm not seeing results? And if so, then what I could do to see faster results?
To clear up confusion:
I currently exercise for an hour or more daily, but this is only a recent development.
And my diet is in a rough 1,200 limit, but I sometimes induldge too much.
