my goal: to lose 15 pounds. i want to go from 5"8 160 to 5"8 145. and then do a clean bulk
here are my diets. plz help me choose the best one
diet 1
breakfast- shake- non fat plain yogurt, milk, peanut butter, banana, chocalate whey, ice
snack- apple
lunch- cottage cheese and blueberries
snack- dates(dried fruit) and walnuts
workout
post workout shake- milk, non fat yogurt, mixed frozen fruit, chocolate whey, ice
dinner- large salad

breakfast- 2 slices wheat bread, 2 eggs, organic ketchup
lunch- 2 slices wheat bread, 4 slices turkey, 2 slices cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, mustard
pre workout- 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1.5 scoop whey
workout
dinner- large salad and a lean meat source

lunch- brown rice and 4 oz chicken breast
pre- workout- 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1.5 scoop whey

breakfast- 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1.5 scoop whey(maybe a pack of splenda)
lunch- 2 slices wheat bread, 4 slices turkey, 2 slice cheese, tomatoes, pickles , mustard, lettuce.
pre-workout- brown rice and chicken breast

dinner- large salad and a lean meat source or shake
