I've been looking for a healthy eating plan and I found out about this diet program today called Fat Loss 4 Idiots. Although the name is a little degrading, I was wondering if anyone's tried it and if it actually works. I know that it involves a personal diet plan, and even though it is personal, can someone give me a sample of what this diet told them to eat? I just want to get a feel for if this is worth forking out twenty dollars. Thanks!

I am on the Fat loss 4 idiots diet that i found on www.everydiet.com It says that you're gonna lose 9lbs in 11 days.People say that it's working-some lost 9, some 6lbs but it is working...I don't have time to waste i need to lose like 9lbs in like 20days.I'll give you the diet plan so tell me do you think that it's going to work or give some good diet that would help me lose that much weight in 20 days. Just PLEASE don't tell me the usual: drink water, exercise coz i already lost 40lbs and i know all that stuff. Thanks

Day 1

Meal 1:Flavored Oatmeal
Meal 2:Tuna salad
Meal 3:Sandwich(any type)
Meal 4:Scrambled eggs

Day 2:

Meal 1: Banana Milk Shake
Meal 2:Chicken
Meal 3:Scrambled eggs [and mixed vegetables]
Meal 4: Cottage cheese

Day 3

Meal 1:Chicken
Meal 2:Fruit Salad
Meal 3:Fish Filet
Meal 4:Cottage cheese

Also would it be ok if i mix up meals for example on day 2 to eat the scrambled eggs as a meal 1 coz i can just go to school with banana milk shake i need energy...Or on day 3 isn't it weird to eat chicken in the morning???? So do you think it doesn't matter which meal comes first??? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TELL ME EVERYTHING COZ LIKE I SAID I DON'T HAVE TIME TO WASTE. Thanks

ok..i really want to know where i can get a free copy(bootleg website/SUMTIN) of the "FAT LOSS 4 IDIOTS" book. Will really appreciate it and i dnt care how many of my papers i have to use to print out the book, as long as its free of cost!! Or if you own the book, can you write out a list of the 11day meal plan that they recommend of you to eat, which results to the 9lb loss...please!! ... Will extremely appreciate your help and thanks in advance.

My wife and I thought we'd start a diet plan to loose some belly fat, etc. I'm 35 years old, and lead an active lifestyle. The diet plan of choice, "Fat Loss 4 Idiots". Well, I believe that you have to be an idiot to buy into this "diet plan". This was an actual day's meal plan: Peanuts and walnuts for a meal?? Really?? Turkey slices and Orange Roughy for another meal?? Third meal: a bowl of pinto beans?? Finally, shrimp and boiled eggs for your final meal?? Ewe!

GROSS!!! Basically, never eat until you're full. That's the over all plan. DUH! Ask yourself, "Is giving someone online a good diet plan?? I might lose a pound or two because I'm just sick that SOMEONE out there has my and all I have is a meager 3 lb. loss, probably all water weight, and an uneasy feeling in my belly from eating all these crazy food combinations. GASTRO-INTESTINAL NIGHTMARE!!!

I feel like such an idiot!! (no pun intended) Anyone out there know how to get your money back
