help on fat loss?

ok i exercise alot but i cant get my diet to match it to tone up and lose the fat i have left

i am now planning on exercising on average about an 1hour a day

are there any problems if i literally just eat
salad
fruit
chicken
and fish

Pregnancy Diet….losing weight after birth?

My sister's friend just have birth 4 weeks ago to a healthy baby boy: Aaron Cole (he is so cute!)
She is 5"7...She weighed 140 pounds before she got pregnant...and she gained 35 pounds...175 pounds. She has since lost 20 pounds (155) but she wants to lose more..she knows 140 is normal but still on the heavier side...so she is hoping to get down to 130 pounds and then stop.
She has one other child...Matthew (he is 2) so that keeps her busy. He only goes to school from 8:30-12:00...she currently works part time at catholic school (she's a speech therapist)
can someone please give me a diet that would help her lose weight, but still be healthy since she is breast feeding. She wants to get down to 130 pounds by Memorial Day Weekend (since her younger sister is getting married that Monday)

facts:
female, 30...5"7...155 pounds..wants to be 130...2 kids..full plate...and she is a semi vegan...like she eats eggs and dairy products but no fish, chicken, or meat... specifics would be helpful.

Last attempt at asking for help…..Diet/diabetes?

I am looking for a kind soul who is willing to make me a meal plan both for weight loss and being diabetic. Please do not send me to a website ive been there and its not what im looking for. Thank you in advance for your help.

Notes: Most fish makes me ill and can only have little diary (allergic)
Please no diet pills either
Maybe im not being specific enough....this is what i need

So, I'm 19, 5'7 and weigh 160 lbs. I know that is a little overweight.
The interesting thing is that my measurements are

29'
41'

I'm in college at a school where the food isn't exactly great and we have a required meal plan that features half a cup of green beans that has 13 GRAMS OF FAT in them. So, dieting here is relatively difficult.
I'm a pescatrian, which means I only eat fish, not red meat. Some times I'll eat chicken if there is not a better option. I'm fairly healthy, but I really want to lose about 20 lbs.
I'm not all muscle, but I'm not entirely lazy, I walk a lot.

Eating habits: right now I don't eat a lot at all. 2 meals or so and a bit of snacking

So, all that being said: Does anyone have any suggestions for weight loss? I can't afford to buy my own food all the time. And I have no where to cook it.
Also, I come from a generally big family. is that a factor to weight loss at all?
