I gained a LOT of weight during my pregnancy do to being on bedrest on and off and probably not eating as well as I could of. I have lost 40lbs so far in the past 3 month and I have 25 more to go. I only have time to workout for a half hour right now and go for walks when the weather is permitting. I'll be honest, I am not very good at putting together a healthy diet and workout plan (I just don't know what workout or foods would be best to promote weight loss).Any personal suggestions/experiences would be appreciated!

I'm 22 and I have cut soda and stoped eating junk. I'm a lot more active now that the weather is good. I haven't lost a pound. I'm getting marriedn in december and I have a strapless gown and I don't want to look like a cow. How can I lose weight fast but thats still safe for me?
