I need help with my weight?

Nine yrs. ago I went on a weight loss program that changed my life for the best. I maintained nicely and only went back on it twice due to getting out of my eating routine but bounced right back. Not to make excuses, but I know after 40, womens' bodies change and boy is mine changing. My Gyno said that I'm too young to be going through any type of menopausal change and she could be right because I am still regular w/ my periods. However, she doesn't understand that I could still be going through some hormonal changes. I noticed that over the years, my body has gotten more sensitive to weight gain and my metabolism has gone to hell. I am so upset because I try so hard to eat right ( always 6 small meals) and stay healthy. Do I cheat and have goodies, yes but that shouldn't break me. I know since April, I have been under stress being laid off, had an injury to my knee, trying to sell our house which isn't happening, etc. Since then, I missed 2 wks. straight on the treadmill for my knee and 1 wk. when I had family come visit. Other than that, I am on there as much as I can and now up to an hr. 5 days a wk. I even drink green tea. My lower stomach hasn't gone back in, my thighs have gotten wider. They haven't rubbed together in 9 yrs. I haven't weighed myself in 2 yrs. I just go by my clothes fitting and have gone to a size larger. I don't believe in weight loss pills but am desperate. I see there's Slim Quick for women. Do I take that or wait and try again w/ my Gyno. I used to be on St. John's Wort. Do I go back on that? I really need help. What do I take or who do I talk to? Thanks for your help.

Lost fat and gain muscle as soon as possible?

I've been lazy for so long, I think it's about time I get toned. I have all the time in the world. I'm willing to stick with a exercise plan 100%. But I'd like to accomplish this fast but patiently. Any body fat loss pills, or weight loss pills that anyone recommends? Which is the best way to get toned?

i have some chub in my lower stomach that i am looking to lose by summer time. or lose some of it. so anything you can think of that doesnt include weight loss pills or plans. diets are open but they cant be like jenny craig or something in that area. i would also like to lose some fat in my thighs but that isnt the biggest problem because i know how to do that somewhat. please help (:

Hoping to lose weight for a wedding!?

Id like to learn more about motionless exercising, I dont want any of those things or weight loss pills you have to pay for or order. I wouldnt mind learning more about the atkins or sometype of other diet. The wedding is in september and I am hoping to lose 1-2 pant sizes or more!

Help, I want to lose weight..?

I want to lose approx. 30-40 lbs... ive tried alot of weight loss pills in the past couple of years, tried working out, tried alot of different things, and i still didn't see the results that i thought id see..... i am kind of impatient so should i try all these things again or does anyone have any idea about a weight loss program to where you can lose weight quicker and safer?
