I am a male. I weigh 255lbs. My height is 5'8". I have been doing the six week make over program. I had previously done weightwatchers and I lost 68Lbs. I started eating again though because I would feel spaced out and weak at times. I had absolutely no energy. I would check my blood sugar and noticed it would be around 85-99 when I would feel this way. If I would eat something that had a lot of sugar or a high carbohydrate food I would feel better within about 10 minutes. Unfortunately eating these types of foods cause my weight to come back. I have even tried eating 6 small meals a day and by my second meal going into my third I am feeling terrible.
I need any advice I can get. I don't want to use any type of quick fix, diet pills, or fast weight-loss gimmicks. I want to be able to lose weight and keep it off.
The only thing I have done and been able to keep my weight off for a long period of time is counting calories. I got to about 239Lbs. and my weight stalled and then started to increase.
Thank You in advance for your assistance.
