I don't want any STUPID answers. I have 4 children and our baby is 4 weeks old. I have always had good luck losing weight after pregnancies, but I think it gets a little harder each time;) Can you tell me good exercises or other things to do to help me lose my pregnancy weight? THANKS:)
I know breastfeeding helps, but I can't breastfeed. I did for about 2 weeks, but she developed jaundice that just wouldn't go away (even with light treatment in the hospital)
