Would I lose belly fat if….?
Would I lose belly fat if.....
I ran 2 miles, three times a day.
Ate like this:
Break feast: Oatmeal and fruit
Lunch and Dinner: Some type of vegetable and fruit, some type of protein, and some form of wheat.
I know that this eating schedule isn't the best. Another question..... What should I eat to lose belly fat?
I need some type of exercises to help me lose this belly fat.
This is not a very good schedule, nor a very good plan.
Could anyone help me with a belly fat loss plan.
I got two months until school starts.
I am committed to losing this stubborn belly fat. It is not big, but I really want abs, so yeah.....
If this helps...
Height: 5 feet 4 inches
Weight: 116 lbs.
Bonus Question: Whoever answers gets 10 points
When and if I do lose the belly fat, how do I get nice abs. When I mean nice I don't mean something as major as a six-pack, but if possible, in the amount of time given (Two months) can I get a six pack. If so, how?
Thank you
I am a boy and I am 12.

Myth #5: If you do the right exercises, you can trim the fat off of certain areas of the body.
The idea of spot reduction – that you can reduce the size of a particular area – is one of the most popular myths in the fitness industry. You cannot choose a particular area of the body and lose the fat there. Genetics play an important role in the natural shape of the body and where you store body fat. The good news is that you can change your shape, lose fat, and enhance muscle tone with a well-rounded exercise and diet routine. It is possible to target specific muscles for enhancement by focusing on the right exercises
Your BMI (body mass index) is 19.9, which puts you in the healthy range of 18.5 – 24.9. You don’t need to lose weight – you’re fine.
(By the way, I calculated your BMI assuming that you’re a girl.)
